WHAT WE'LL BE DOING: The class includes warm-up, stretching, some cardio work, strength and flexibility exercises. Instruction, bands and weights are provided.
WHAT TO BRING: Just show up in comfortable clothing, supportive shoes, bring water and a mat if you like. Instruction, bands, and weights provided. Hope to see you there.
WHO'S THE INSTRUCTOR? Teresa Joy is an AFAA-certified Fitness Instructor teaching at area clubs for more than 20 years. She instructs indoor Cycle, Step and Sculpt, 24-Lift, Step Cardio Mix--and this Be-Fit class here at the church!
Teresa's mission is to help people get strong, flexible and fit for any activity at any age. On the side she's a cross-trainer who lifts, runs, swims and skis both on water and snow.
