WOMEN'S EXERCISE CLASS starts Tuesday, October 20 at 5:45 p.m.! This FREE 1-hour exercise class will happen every Tuesday in the fellowship hall at 5:45 p.m. An AFAA-Certified Fitness Instructor will provide instruction for beginners as well as more advanced students. You will use elastic bands and rubber balls to improve muscle tone, strength and flexibility. (Bands and rubber balls provided) Some floor exercises will also be included. What to bring: Participants should bring their own matt or a thick towel that can be folded and used for cushion on the floor. It's also advisable to wear comfortable clothes, plus sturdy, supportive shoes and bring water. Caution: Everyone, especially those with health issues, are advised to consult with their doctor before beginning an exercise program. All will be asked to sign a waiver form.
